IP to Print

Terms and Conditions

Draft dated August 23, 2026
Pre-publication draft: These terms are saved in GHL for final human legal review before the funnel is published.

1. Your agreement

By purchasing IP to Print, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are authorized to make the purchase. IP to Print is delivered by Blooming Scribe Media as a 30-day guided writing sprint.

2. What you are purchasing

The founding purchase is $2,997 paid in full. It includes one 45-minute private intake, weekly group section calls, cohort-only Substack Chat, one private Substack thread, 30 daily lessons, the KERMIT method, one year of paid Author(ity) Unleashed membership, and monthly Book Lab access during that membership year.

Section A meets Tuesdays at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time. Section B meets Thursdays at 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Day 1 begins October 5, 2026. Scheduling details and access instructions are provided during onboarding.

3. The finish line

The intended finish line is a manuscript ready for professional editing and polishing. IP to Print does not include ghostwriting, professional editing or polishing, formatting, publishing, marketing, bestseller placement, or book-sales services. Worksheets and manuscript templates are not included unless Sean separately chooses to provide something as an unpromised bonus.

4. You remain the author

You remain the author, owner, and final decision-maker for your work. You are responsible for your manuscript’s claims, permissions, citations, originality, legal compliance, and publication decisions. You should not submit material you do not have the right to use.

5. Time and participation

Daily work varies. Some lessons may take 15–30 minutes; deeper drafting or revision days may take up to 50 minutes. Your progress depends on your participation, decisions, starting material, and follow-through. Missed lessons, calls, or messages do not create a right to extra private support or an extension.

6. Support boundaries

Group and private support do not promise immediate replies, unlimited access, on-demand consulting, or an answer to every message. The private Substack thread is one support channel per participant, not a replacement for editing, consulting, or ghostwriting.

7. Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date. To request one, email Sean using the contact information provided in your receipt or onboarding email. After the 14-day window, purchases are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

8. Existing paid Substack subscribers

If you already pay for overlapping Author(ity) Unleashed membership access, email Sean after purchase. Any appropriate adjustment or refund for the overlapping membership portion is handled case by case so you do not pay twice for the same access.

9. No guaranteed result

No specific manuscript, publishing, bestseller, audience, revenue, client, speaking, or book-sales result is guaranteed. Examples and stories are illustrations, not promises that you will achieve the same outcome.

10. Technology and access

You are responsible for a working internet connection, a usable email address, and access to the third-party platforms used to deliver the program. Reasonable substitutions may be made if a platform becomes unavailable, provided the core paid experience is preserved.

11. Respectful participation

Cohort spaces are confidential working environments. Do not copy, share, publish, or commercially use another participant’s work or private messages. Disruptive, abusive, unlawful, or rights-infringing conduct may result in removal from community spaces.

12. Questions

If anything here is unclear, contact Sean before purchasing. Your checkout acceptance records the version of these terms presented at the time of purchase.
