The argument

Your expertise can become a book when the source stays human.

You answer the same questions. You teach the same ideas. You solve problems other people cannot see yet because you have spent years doing the work.

Your notes, talks, recordings, client questions, stories, methods, and fieldwork already hold the raw material. The problem is turning that material into one clear manuscript.

AI can move the work. It cannot live your life.

AI can interview you, sort notes, test a structure, find gaps, and challenge a weak claim. It cannot supply your experience, evidence, judgment, or the reason this book deserves to exist.

The false choice

Two bad choices are still two bad choices.

The first choice is to struggle alone for years. Start. Stop. Rebuild the outline. Put it away when client work gets busy.

The second is to give AI a prompt and accept the generic book it gives back. The words arrive fast, but your judgment disappears.

There is a third path. Start with the work you earned. Use AI to move the labor. Keep every author decision human.

A real build

I found my fourth book while doing the work.

I was researching high-elevation chicken keeping for a possible workshop in Estes Park. The research moved from old University of Wyoming work into modern studies on hypoxia and chickens adapted to high elevation.

Then I asked a plain question: had anyone written the book that pulled the science and the practical work together? I could not find it.

The next day, Rent The Chicken work took me up Flagstaff Road with hens and a coop. The research question had crossed into the field.

The first AI outline was generic. I kept the useful criticism and rebuilt the book around the research, experience, and decisions only I could supply.

The method

Thirty days. Four phases.

01

Extract

Find the book hiding inside your work. Name the source, reader, problem, and reason the book matters.

02

Architect

Build the argument and chapter path. Decide what belongs, what does not, and what evidence is missing.

03

Draft

Move words onto the page with interviews, speech-to-text, research, and AI support where each tool earns its place.

04

Revise

Test claims, restore your voice, close the gaps, and prepare the manuscript for professional editing and polishing.

What you receive

Group movement with private context.

Private intake

One 45-minute session to understand the book inside your material, the reader, and the decisions likely to slow you down.

Daily sequence

Thirty Substack lessons following the Extract, Architect, Draft, and Revise clock.

Weekly sections

Choose Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. MT or Thursday at 4:00 p.m. MT.

Cohort Chat

A cohort-only Substack Chat for the shared decisions that keep the manuscript moving.

Private thread

One private Substack thread for the context that belongs only to your book.

Membership year

The KERMIT Framework, one year of Author(ity) Unleashed, and monthly Book Lab after the founding month.

Fit

This is for experts with something to extract.

  • You have earned knowledge through work, research, clients, teaching, or field experience.
  • You have notes, talks, methods, stories, or source material worth shaping.
  • You want AI support without giving away your voice or judgment.
  • You can protect daily time for 30 days.
  • You will remain responsible for every author decision.

Boundaries

This is not a ghostwriting service.

  • No professional editing or polishing.
  • No ghostwriting, formatting, or publishing execution.
  • No marketing execution or bestseller promise.
  • No book-sales or revenue guarantee.
  • No unlimited access, worksheets, or manuscript templates.

The workload

The work changes from day to day.

Some lessons may take 15 to 30 minutes. Deeper drafting or revision days may take up to 50 minutes.

You will need to protect the time. There is no honest way around that.

Founding price

$2,997

Paid in full. No internal payment plan. No application or required sales call.

Enrollment opens August 31 and closes September 20. Day 1 is October 5, 2026.

Proof we can use now

The process is being used in public.

I wrote my first book in 29 days. I have written and published three books. I am now building my fourth book in public, including the research, fieldwork, AI criticism, author decisions, and revision.

You do not have to trust a claim about the process. You can watch the process being used.

Questions

Questions worth answering before you join.

Can AI write my book for me?

It can produce words. It cannot supply your life, field experience, evidence, or judgment. IP to Print uses AI as an interviewer, organizer, critic, and drafting assistant. You remain the source and the author.

What if I am not a writer?

You need expertise, source material, and a willingness to make author decisions. Interview-driven drafting lets strong speakers talk through ideas before shaping them on the page.

What if I do not have much time?

Some days may take 15 to 30 minutes. Deeper drafting or revision days may take up to 50 minutes. You will need to protect that time for 30 days.

What happens after the manuscript?

The curriculum includes a self-publishing pathway. Monthly Book Lab continues during the included membership year. Editing, formatting, publishing execution, and marketing are separate.

I already pay for Author(ity) Unleashed. Will I pay twice?

Email Sean before or after you enroll. He will review the overlap and provide an appropriate refund case by case.

What is the refund policy?

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. Any move to a future cohort is considered privately and is not a promised benefit.

How much access do I get to Sean?

You receive one private intake, weekly group calls, a cohort-only group Chat, and one private Substack thread. This does not include immediate replies, unlimited messages, or on-demand consulting.

Is there a payment plan?

No. The founding price is $2,997 paid in full.

The finish line is a manuscript ready for professional editing and polishing. It is not a published book or a guaranteed business result. You remain the author and final decision-maker. Read the full terms.
