The short version

Use the site lawfully, provide information you have the right to share, review the exact scope before buying, and keep your own copies of important work. BSM delivers the offering described at purchase. Results still depend on your decisions, materials, participation, and outside conditions.

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Blooming Scribe Media, operated by Blooming Health Holdings Ltd., a Colorado limited liability company. “BSM,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that operation.

By using the site, submitting a form, creating an account, or purchasing an offering that links to these terms, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you act for a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. Offerings and order of control

BSM provides writing, copy, publishing coordination, educational programs, challenges, digital materials, community access, and related services. The exact scope, price, schedule, deliverables, exclusions, access period, and support boundaries appear on the applicable sales page, checkout, order form, proposal, or signed agreement.

When documents differ: a signed agreement or accepted order form controls for that project, followed by the offer-specific checkout terms, then these sitewide terms.

We may correct obvious errors before accepting an order. Any material change to an accepted paid scope requires agreement with the customer.

3. Purchases, payment, and refunds

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. You authorize the payment processor identified at checkout to charge the payment method you provide, including applicable taxes or separately disclosed fees. Payment processors handle card information under their own terms.

Refund and cancellation rights are governed by the offer-specific checkout, order form, signed agreement, and applicable law. For IP to Print, refund requests may be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase. A case-by-case accommodation does not create an ongoing promise or change the written terms for other customers.

If an offering has no stated refund window, contact [email protected] promptly. We will review the request under the applicable purchase terms and law. Chargebacks do not replace the contractual refund process.

4. Access, schedules, and delivery

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address, checking operational messages, maintaining compatible internet access and software, and safeguarding account or community credentials.

Live dates and access instructions are those confirmed for the purchased offering. We may make reasonable changes to instructors, session format, supporting tools, or delivery details while preserving the purchased offering's material value. If BSM cancels a paid offering and does not provide a reasonable replacement, BSM will provide the remedy required by the purchase terms and applicable law.

Recordings, replays, community access, downloads, and support remain available only for the period stated in the applicable offer. Do not assume permanent access unless it is stated in writing.

5. Your manuscripts, files, and submissions

You retain ownership of manuscripts, drafts, source materials, and other original content you provide. You give BSM and its authorized service providers a limited permission to access, copy, process, and use those materials only as reasonably needed to evaluate, perform, administer, secure, and support the requested work.

You represent that you have the right to provide the materials and that our authorized use will not violate another person's copyright, privacy, confidentiality, contract, or other rights. Do not place another person's protected information into a public form.

Confidentiality obligations for client projects are governed by the applicable signed agreement or order form. Public forms and ordinary email should not be treated as secure channels for regulated or highly sensitive information.

6. BSM content and permitted use

The site design, copy, program materials, frameworks, recordings, graphics, downloads, and other BSM-provided content are owned by BSM or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. Your purchase provides a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the materials for the purpose described in the offer.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, upload, sublicense, scrape, train a model on, or create a competing product from BSM materials without written permission. You may quote brief portions when legally permitted and properly attributed.

Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to improve offerings. BSM will not publish your name, testimonial, private manuscript, or case study as marketing material without the permission required by law and any applicable agreement.

7. Acceptable use and community conduct

You agree not to misuse the site or an offering, interfere with another participant, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, impersonate another person, infringe rights, harass others, or use BSM systems for unlawful activity.

BSM may remove content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect participants, systems, rights, or the integrity of the program. When practical, we will explain the reason. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination without further access, subject to applicable law and the purchase terms.

8. Third-party tools and links

BSM uses outside services for website hosting, CRM, forms, scheduling, payment, analytics, community, email, video, and content delivery. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms and privacy policies. BSM does not control an outside provider's uptime, policy changes, security, or independent actions.

Links to third-party resources are provided for context or convenience. A link does not create an endorsement, partnership, or guarantee unless BSM states that relationship clearly.

9. Educational and results disclaimers

BSM provides educational information, writing systems, editorial judgment, project work, and publishing coordination. The specific offering controls what is included. Unless a signed agreement expressly says otherwise, BSM does not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, mental-health, or licensed professional advice.

No manuscript completion, publication, copyright registration, platform acceptance, bestseller status, audience growth, revenue, business result, or other outcome is guaranteed. Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences or identified published work. They do not establish what every customer will achieve.

Read the full Disclaimer for additional boundaries.

10. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and any free content are provided “as is” and “as available.” BSM disclaims implied warranties that may legally be disclaimed, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BSM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, opportunity, goodwill, or business interruption arising from the site or an offering.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BSM's total liability arising from a paid offering will not exceed the amount you paid BSM for that offering during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Indemnification, termination, and Colorado law

You agree to defend and indemnify BSM, Blooming Health Holdings Ltd., and their owners, personnel, and contractors from third-party claims arising from your unlawful conduct, your violation of these terms, or materials you submit without the required rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from BSM's own unlawful conduct.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, ownership, licenses already granted, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and dispute terms.

Colorado law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any court proceeding that may lawfully be limited to a forum will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Weld County, Colorado. Mandatory consumer protections and small-claims rights remain available where applicable.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with incorporated offer-specific terms and signed agreements, are the entire agreement for their subject matter.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future use as services, providers, or law change. The current page will show the latest update date. Changes do not retroactively replace the material purchase terms accepted for an earlier order unless both parties agree or the law requires it.
